■ Description:
The high alumina ball is made of selected high-quality raw materials and advanced forming technology. It is calcined in a high-temperature tunnel kiln. The product has the characteristics of high density, high hardness, low wear, good seismic stability, corrosion resistance, etc. It is the most ideal grinding medium for processing glazes, billets and various mineral powders.
■ Specific:
Alumina ceramics have good acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance and other properties, and can adapt to many harsh working conditions that metal and non-metal cannot apply. As an application of engineering ceramics, alumina ceramics are widely used in ball mill, vertical spiral stirring mill and other fine grinding equipment.
■ The characteristics of alumina ceramic balls are as follows:
(1) High hardness: the Mohs hardness of alumina ceramics is 9, only 1 grade lower than that of diamond (the Mohs hardness of diamond is 10)
(2) Good wear resistance, slow consumption
(3) Corrosion resistance: aluminum oxide is inert and does not react with acid and alkali, avoiding corrosion consumption under acidic conditions
(4) High strength, low ball crushing rate, and the appearance is not easy to be out of round after use
(5) The density of high aluminum ball is more than 3.6g/cm3, which is half of that of steel ball. Under the working condition of fine grinding, it can reduce over grinding and equipment wear, equipment noise and power consumption
(6) It is non-toxic and harmless, and complies with the requirements of EU ROHS
■ Application industry:
Because of its high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance, large proportion, small size, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent characteristics, alumina balls are used for fine processing and deep processing of thick and hard materials in ceramics, enamel, glass and chemical plants.
Grinding ball is also the most ideal grinding material for ball mill, tank mill, vibration mill and other fine crushing equipment.
